Orders

If your order has been successfully placed, you will see a message with a summary of the data related to your online purchase. In the following hours, you will receive an email confirming the processing of your order. In any case, even for guest purchases, as soon as the Poste Italiane courier takes charge of your package, they will send you an email with a link to track the progress of the shipment.

No, it is not possible to cancel an order.

Click on "Consult the size chart" within the product page to view a summary of size conversion tables for various countries. We will also guide you in finding your size by providing a comparison with measurements in centimeters.

Please check if you received an email about the partial shipping of your order, showing that one of the items you ordered is not available. In that case, you will be charged only for the items that were actualliy shipped. Please also remember that if you paid with credit card or PayPal you will see the updated payment on the basis of the timing of your bank. Shipping

The shipping costs and delivery times* for purchases made on OVS.it depend on the chosen delivery method. Standard Shipping: cost €4.95, free for orders over €50. Delivery in 3-5 working days; Click&Collect: buy online and pick up your order for free at one of the OVS stores in 5-7 working days. Cash on Delivery: cost €7.90 for orders below €50; €2.95 for orders over €50. Delivery in 3-5 working days.

* The indicated delivery times are average and may vary during certain periods of the year or in case of a significant increase in online orders (such as Black Friday).

The Poste Italiane courier will make a new delivery attempt on the next available working day.

If your shipment is in storage and you wish a new delivery attempt, you can contact our Customer Care and provide a correct or an alternative shipping address. Please remember also to provide you order number. The Customer Care will contact the courier in order to release the shipment.

It is not possible to modify the shipping address of an order. Please contact our Customer Care, providing the order number and the correct shipping address. We will contact the courier and verify if it is possible to deliver your order to the new address you provided.

Some OVS stores are enabled for the delivery of online orders. To receive an order in-store, select the "Click&Collect" option during checkout and check if your preferred OVS store offers this service. When your order arrives at the store, you will be notified via email. To pick up your order, remember to bring the shipment confirmation email with you to the store.

On OVS.IT, you can buy online and pick up your order for free at one of the participating OVS stores. Your purchases will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

Returns and Refunds

Remember that you have 30 days to return your order, starting from the day of delivery.

  • 1. If you placed the order as a registered user, access your personal area, click on "My Orders," select the order you want to return, and click on "Return." If you placed the order as a guest, access the area reserved for non-registered users at https://www.ovs.it/tracking and proceed with the return request directly from there.

  • 3. Following your return request, you will receive an email confirming the start of the return procedure
  • After starting the online procedure:

  • 1. Book the pick up of your order directly from the return request page, or call the Poste Italiane courier at 803.160 o 06.4526.3160 (from mobile phone only). Please specify that you want the courier to pickup the parcel at a fixed address and that you already have a return label. Then specify the address for the pickup, the tracking code of the return label and the OVS customer code 845534.
  • 2. Prepare the return using the box cotaining the order. After that, stick on the box the return label you found inside the box; if you cannot find it, you can download it from your Personal area in the "Orders" section.
  • 3. The refund for a return will be processed only after all the checks related to the returned order have been completed and have had a positive outcome. These checks include the return request period, which must be made within 30 days from the receipt of the package, and the conformity of the returned items. After these checks, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return request.

    Please remember that in the OVS Kids stores it is possible to return only items of the kids collection.

    No, it is not possible to exchange a product purchased on the OVS.it website. However, you can return your purchase by activating the return procedure and receive a refund of the payment made for the purchase, with no additional cost.

    No, it is not possible to return underwear and perfumery items. You can return them only if their package is undamaged and sealed.

    You have up to 30 days from the receipt of the package to request a return for your online order.

    The return label can be found inside the box containing your order.

    You can download the return label directly from the Orders section, after completing the online return request. Just click on "Download return label" and the return label will be sent to your email. It is not necessary to log in.

    1.For orders paid with credit card the refund will be issued on the credit card used when placing the order. The refund will be visible within 5-10 working days after you receive the email that confirms that your refund was accepted

    In our experience, your card may be declined for the following reasons:
