OVS Friends is the OVS Loyalty Program that allows you to access dedicated benefits, offers and promotions. By making purchases you accrue Punti Cuore and obtain increasing privileges.
- Welcome Gift of -10% discount that can be used when signing up for the OVS Card. It is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- Every 100 Punti Cuore you will receive a coupon of 4€ or 8€, based on the level reached, to be used on a subsequent purchase and on a minimum spend of 50€.
- Birthday and Kids birthday discount of -15% from level 1 to level 2 and -20% level 3. It can be used 7 days before and 7 days after the birthday date with no minimum spending amount.
- Every 1000 Punti Cuore you will receive an extra -30% discount with no minimum spending amount.
For those already holding the OVS Card, OVS Kids 0-36 months Card, OVS CARD Underwear as of 30.10.2023, participation in the program takes place free of charge and automatically on 31.10.2023, the date which corresponds to the start date of each year (12 months) of membership.
For subscribers starting from 31.10.2023 of the OVS Card, OVS Kids Card 0-36 months, OVS CARD Underwear, membership takes place free of charge and automatically on the day of signing up for the OVS Card, which also corresponds to the start date of each year (12 months) of membership.
Every time you make purchases with your OVS Card in stores and by registering or logging in to your account on ovs.it, you will accumulate Punti Cuore: 1€ = 1 Punto Cuore.

The level is defined by a predefined amount of Heart Points, accumulated with your shopping in store and on ovs.it . At each level there are increasing advantages.
There are 3 levels you can reach:
- Level 1: from 0 to 99 Punti Cuore
- Level 2: from 100 to 599 Punti Cuore
- Level 3: from 600 Punti Cuore
Discount coupons cannot be combined with each other and cannot be used on ongoing promotions, pre-sales and sales.
The OVS Friends discount coupons of 4€ and 8€ can be spent on a single purchase of at least 5€0. They can be used in-store by passing your OVS Card at the checkout, or online by logging in with your account, after associating your OVS Card. They cannot be divided into multiple purchases, nor can they be combined with each other, nor with sales or other ongoing promotions .
The birthday discount and the kids birthday discount of -15% or -20% depending on the level, have no minimum spending threshold. They can be spent in store by presenting your OVS Card at the checkout, or online by logging in with your account after associating your OVS Card. They cannot be divided into multiple purchases and cannot be combined with each other or with other ongoing promotions.
At the end of each year of membership of OVS Friends (more details on Come posso aderire al Nuovo Programma Fedeltà), the Punti Cuore accrued are reset to zero, after which the OVS Card holder can start accumulating Punti Cuore again.
