Accessibility Statement
OVS S.p.A. is committed to making its website www.ovsfashion.com accessible, in compliance with the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and local implementing legislation, and what we are doing to maintain and improve accessibility. We recognize the importance of providing the Service in an accessible way to all user groups, including those with disabilities or impairments. Whenever possible, we have included simplified features to make the Service available to those who use assistive technology or might find standard features difficult to use.
Compliance Status
The website www.ovsfashion.com is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements of the regulations, due to the non-compliances and/or exclusions listed below.
Inaccessible Content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
1. Non-compliance with regulations
- Some graphic and text elements do not meet the minimum contrast criteria WCAG 2.1 AA.
- Header elements are not always in sequential descending order.
- Some images do not contain adequate text alternatives (missing or generic alt attributes).
- Some interactive components (menus, modals, sliders) are not fully keyboard navigable.
- In some sections, a correct association between labels and form fields for assistive technologies is not guaranteed.
- Some uses of ARIA roles on incompatible elements.
2. Excessive Burden
- Some PDF documents downloadable on the site may not be fully accessible. Full adaptation is in progress, but the complexity and quantity of content pre-existing makes the intervention gradual.
3. Third-party content
- Some sections of the site host content provided by third parties (e.g., embedded social media, external tools, payment instruments) over which OVS S.p.A. has no full control and for which accessibility is not guaranteed.
We are committed to ensuring full accessibility to all content provided through the Service, but please note that some older pages may not yet be compatible with all accessibility features.
