You can track your order using the tracking link that will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is handed over to the courier. The link will be activated within 24/48 working hours.
If you chose Click&Collect shipping, you can pick up your order when you receive the delivery confirmation email at the selected store.

Yes, orders can be shipped from multiple OVS warehouses to ensure greater availability of items. The shipping cost, if applicable, and cash on delivery will be charged only once on the total order.
For each shipment, you will receive an email with a list of included items and the tracking link.

It is possible to change the shipping address only by contacting our Customer Service and providing your order number and the correct address: we will contact the courier and check the possibility of delivering your order to the new shipping address.

Shipping costs and delivery times* for purchases made on OVS.it depend on the delivery method chosen
- Standard Shipping: cost €4.95, free for orders over €60. Delivery in 2-4 working days;
- Click&Collect: buy online and pick up your order for free at one of the OVS stores in 3-5 working days.
- Cash on Delivery: cost €7.90 for orders under €60; €2.95 for orders over €60. Delivery in 2-4 working days.

The courier Poste Italiane will attempt a new delivery on the next working day.
If your order is held and you want to release the shipment, you can contact our Customer Service and provide a complete or alternative address. We will ask you for your order number. We will notify the courier directly to proceed with the release.

It is possible to buy online and pick up your order for free at one of the OVS stores by selecting the “Click&Collect” option.
Your purchases will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

To ensure greater availability of items orderable online in case of product variants (e.g., size or color) not present at the OVS central warehouse, you may see the label “Long Distance Shipping.” This way, you can still add the item to your cart by paying an extra cost of €0.95 including VAT per item, in addition to the additional shipping costs depending on the chosen service. By selecting “Long Distance Shipping,” OVS will verify the availability of the requested item in stores and/or warehouses other than the central warehouse. If your order contains more than one item, products may be shipped separately from multiple warehouses and/or stores, and you will receive them in multiple shipments.
